Zimbabwe

We started three years ago and have good experience with several customers.

Inonit is originally a Norwegian IT company that has provided development and consulting services for ten years.

We at Inonit are proud to present our developers from Zimbabwe.

There are many advantages to choosing developers from Zimbabwe over developers from other parts of the world.

Zimbabwe is a former British colony, where our developers have received a good education based on the British model. All our consultants communicate well in English both written and orally.

A lot is different, but the level of competence in IT is on par with what we find in Norway, but at a lower price point.

Norway and Zimbabwe share a timezone, which means that when the cloak is in summer time there is no difference between the two countries, while in wintertime there is just one hour difference.

As we are running development projects with developers from both Norway and Zimbabwe, which makes it easy for us to understand the customers needs and find the relevant resources that meet those needs.

When our customers have completed their own evaluation, we enter into a long-term agreement.
At this point you as a business are free to use the consultant to whatever use you might need them for.
If you need help evaluating, designing or further development of a new or existing solution, we are able to assist your business with that as well.
As there is a lack of developers jobs in the Zimbabwean market, we have access to a large pool of willing developers, who are concerned about doing a great job.

Simple Collaboration Model

We are committed to creating a relationship built on trust, security, longevity and transperancy.

We do achieve this through the following:

1. You report your needs - which we also can help you define.
2. We find relevant candidates.
3. You make your evaluation and choice.
4. For the first month you get access to the developers and a discount - We are willing to do this, to make sure that the consultant is a good fit within your company.
5. If you choose to continue with the consultant after the first month, the second half of the first month's payment is in arrears and the long-term agreement enters into effect. While the long-term agreement is in effect, there is a three-month notice period for both you and the consultant.

To ensure a good relationship between you and the consultant, we will continuously follow up on the delivery relationship to check that everything is as expected for all parties involved.

A prerequisite for our combined success and that you as a customer get what you want, how you want it. It is important that you set the requirements and expectations for the consultants.

It is our wish that you as a customer should be able to simplify your day with helpful resources.

When our consultants are hired by a company, it is the only company they work for the duration of their tenancy at your company.

In this aym you as a customer can fully control the resource, while also controlling the cost.

Price Level

We offer our consultants at very competitive prices (price examples):

● Education, junior developer: NOK 28.500 per month, excluding VAT.

● Education, senior developer: NOK 41.100 per month. Excluding VAT.

We invoice our customers in Norwegian kroner. Since we pay our consultants in USD, we reserve the right to make currency changes in our agreements. Both in the event of currency fluctuations.

We do also offer consultancy services from Norwegian developers, but at a slightly higher price point.
